ClipSync is a multi-platform video distribution tool that allows you to publish video content to social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All content you upload through this Service
• Ensuring your content complies with each platform's terms of service
• Ensuring you have rights to upload and publish the content

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload. By using this Service, you grant us permission to process and transmit your content to the selected platforms on your behalf.

5. Third-Party Platforms

This Service connects to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Privacy and Data

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Spam or abuse platform rate limits
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We provide this Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this Service, including but not limited to failed uploads, content removal by platforms, or loss of data.
